Pohutukawa Coast Vets

As a start up business in Beachlands, our clients Christie & Alex from Pohutukawa Coast Vets realised early on how important it was to get their brand right from the start.

At this point, they engaged us to come up with a brand and website that not only conveyed a friendly, caring feeling but had a coastal vibe about it.

Rather than using the cliched Pohutukawa flower that is common for businesses on the Pohutukawa Coast, we thought outside the box to come up with a brand look and feel that represented them perfectly.

The curved, wavy shapes of the cat and dog in the logo represent the waves on the Coast and the dogs tail wraps around the cat as if to embrace it. The navy blue secondary background graphic incorporates medical crosses in the pattern.

This design has translated well through to all of their marketing mediums including shop front and car signage, brochures, fridge magnets, uniforms, newspaper ads and website.

We’re so proud to have had the chance to play a part in the success of a new business in Beachlands and help support other local businesses in the area.
